These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pangora platform, mobile application, APIs, and associated services (“Pangora,” “Service”), operated by Anıl Can Dündar(“Operator,” “we,” “us”) under the laws of Türkiye.
By registering for an account, accessing, or using Pangora, you (“Merchant,” “User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use Pangora on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business entity.
2. Service Description & Early Access
Pangora provides local merchants, restaurants, and retail businesses with tools to manage business workspaces, product catalogs, branch configurations, delivery rules, and WhatsApp-based customer ordering interactions.
Pangora is continuously evolving. Certain features, integrations, and operational capabilities may be updated, enhanced, or modified over time to improve platform performance, security, and user experience.
3. Merchant Responsibilities & Catalog Content
As a Merchant using Pangora, you are solely responsible for:
- Catalog & Pricing Accuracy: The accuracy, legality, and completeness of product titles, descriptions, prices, taxes, allergens, and inventory levels published in your catalog.
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Service: Preparing, fulfilling, delivering, and resolving customer inquiries or disputes regarding orders placed through your WhatsApp channel.
- Customer Relationships & Data: Ensuring you have the necessary notices, rights, and lawful basis to collect customer order details and communicate with your customers via WhatsApp in accordance with applicable laws.
- Lawful Operations: Ensuring full compliance with consumer protection laws, food safety standards, distance selling regulations, and commercial trade laws.
- Prohibited Items: Selling or listing illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeits, or any products violating applicable local laws or Meta Commerce Policies is strictly prohibited.
4. Meta Platforms & WhatsApp Dependencies
Pangora leverages the WhatsApp Business Platform and Cloud API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Merchant accounts, phone number verifications, message templates, and messaging delivery are subject to Meta’s policies, terms, and service availability.
Pangora is an independent software solution and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Account Termination & Deletion
Merchants may terminate their account at any time directly through the Pangora mobile application via Settings > Delete My Account and Business or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or breach Meta platform policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pangora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. The Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party platform outages (including WhatsApp or Meta outages), or merchant-customer commercial disputes.
