Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Pangora, a WhatsApp ordering, product catalog, customer communication and business workspace platform for restaurants and local businesses.
By accessing or using Pangora, you agree to these Terms. If you use Pangora on behalf of a Business, you represent that you have authority to bind that Business to these Terms.
Pangora is currently in private beta / early access. Features, availability, integrations and pricing may change as the service evolves.
Early Access / Private Beta
Pangora may be provided as an early access, private beta or pre-release service. During this period:
- Features may be incomplete, experimental or subject to change.
- Availability may be limited.
- Integrations may be added, removed or modified.
- We may update workflows, data models, user interfaces and service behavior.
- We may limit access to selected Businesses.
You understand that beta services may contain errors or interruptions and may not be suitable for all production use cases.
Eligibility
To use Pangora, you must:
- Be legally able to enter into these Terms.
- Use the service for a legitimate Business purpose.
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations and platform policies.
- Ensure that anyone accessing your workspace is authorized to do so.
You may not use Pangora if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your use would violate Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party platform rules.
Business Accounts and Workspaces
A Business may create or access a Pangora workspace to manage products, orders, customers, conversations, WhatsApp-related workflows and related operational data.
The Business is responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account and workspace information.
- Controlling access by owners, administrators and team members.
- Protecting login credentials and session access.
- Ensuring that only authorized users access the workspace.
- Reviewing actions taken by team members.
- Maintaining the accuracy of products, prices, availability and order information.
Pangora may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Use of the Service
You may use Pangora only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use Pangora for illegal, deceptive, harmful or abusive activity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pangora or another workspace.
- Upload malicious code or harmful content.
- Misrepresent your identity, Business or authority.
- Use Pangora to send spam, unsolicited messages or prohibited communications.
- Violate Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party platform policies.
WhatsApp Business Platform and Third-Party Services
Pangora may allow Businesses to connect or use WhatsApp Business Platform workflows, Meta-related assets, hosting services, infrastructure providers or other third-party services.
Pangora is not WhatsApp, Meta or an official Meta product. Meta and WhatsApp services are provided by Meta and are governed by Meta’s and WhatsApp’s own terms, policies and platform rules.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms, including WhatsApp Business Platform terms, messaging policies, commerce policies, template rules, quality requirements and account restrictions.
Pangora is not responsible for outages, policy decisions, account restrictions, rejected templates, message delivery issues, pricing changes or service changes made by Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party providers.
Messaging Consent and Opt-In
Businesses are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consents, permissions, notices and opt-ins before sending messages to Customers, including messages sent through WhatsApp.
You agree that:
- You will only message Customers where you have a lawful basis and any required opt-in.
- Your messages will be relevant, expected and compliant with applicable law.
- You will honor unsubscribe, stop, opt-out or similar requests where required.
- You will not use Pangora to send spam, misleading messages or prohibited content.
- You will comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable local laws.
Pangora may provide tools to help manage communication workflows, but the Business remains responsible for its messaging practices and legal compliance.
Product Catalogs, Orders and Customer Communications
Pangora may provide tools to manage products, menus, product catalogs, customer records, conversations and orders.
The Business is solely responsible for:
- Product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability.
- Order accuracy and fulfillment.
- Customer service and communication.
- Delivery, pickup, refunds, cancellations and disputes.
- Taxes, invoices, licenses and regulatory obligations.
- Ensuring that catalog and order information is accurate and lawful.
- Ensuring that Customers receive appropriate information about products and orders.
Pangora may process product, catalog, order and conversation data to provide the service, but Pangora is not the seller of the Business’s products or services unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Prohibited Products and Legal Compliance
You may not use Pangora to promote, facilitate, sell or transact in products or services that violate applicable law, third-party platform policies or these Terms.
Businesses are responsible for determining whether their products or services may be lawfully promoted, sold, delivered or communicated through WhatsApp, Meta platforms or Pangora.
High-risk, restricted or prohibited categories may include, without limitation:
- Alcohol.
- Tobacco, nicotine or related products.
- Illegal, recreational or prescription drugs.
- Weapons, ammunition or explosives.
- Adult products or sexually explicit services.
- Gambling, betting or lottery-related services.
- Counterfeit goods.
- Stolen goods.
- Regulated financial, medical or professional services.
- Products or services that require special licenses, permits, age verification or regulatory approvals.
- Any product, service or activity prohibited by Meta, WhatsApp or applicable law.
Pangora does not support illegal activity or the sale of prohibited goods. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a Business is using Pangora in a way that violates applicable laws, platform policies or these Terms.
Fees and Billing
Pangora may currently be offered as a private beta, early access or limited free service. We may introduce paid plans, usage-based pricing, subscription fees or other billing terms in the future.
If paid features are introduced, we will provide applicable pricing and billing terms before charging you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party platforms, including Meta or WhatsApp, may charge separate fees for messages, conversations, phone numbers, usage or other platform services. Those fees are not controlled by Pangora and may be charged directly or indirectly depending on the integration model.
Data, Privacy and Security
Use of Pangora is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Business is responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to its Customers and for ensuring that Customer data is collected and processed lawfully.
You agree to use Pangora in a way that protects Customer information, limits access to authorized personnel and complies with applicable privacy, data protection and communications laws.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Pangora may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service issues, technical problems or events outside our control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, especially during the early access period.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, limit or terminate access to Pangora if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your use creates legal, security, operational or platform risk.
- Your account appears compromised or unauthorized.
- You use Pangora for prohibited products, spam, abuse or illegal activity.
- Required third-party access, permissions or integrations are revoked.
- We are required to do so by law, regulation or platform policy.
You may stop using Pangora at any time and may request deletion of your data according to our Data Deletion Instructions.
Disclaimers
Pangora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every business need. We do not guarantee message delivery, template approval, WhatsApp account status, third-party platform availability or customer response.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pangora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption or reputational harm.
Pangora is not responsible for the Business’s products, orders, customer communications, legal compliance, fulfillment obligations or third-party platform decisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of Pangora after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
