Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Business users, workspace administrators and other authorized users can request deletion of data associated with Pangora.
Pangora is a WhatsApp ordering, product catalog, customer communication and business workspace platform for restaurants and local businesses. Depending on how a Business uses Pangora, we may process account, workspace, customer, conversation, order, product, catalog and integration-related data.
If you want to request deletion of data associated with Pangora, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion, send an email to:

Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Your request should be sent from the email address associated with your Pangora account or workspace whenever possible. If you are requesting deletion on behalf of a Business, we may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us identify the relevant records, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your full name.
- Your account email address.
- Business or workspace name.
- Business phone number.
- WhatsApp Business phone number, if applicable.
- WhatsApp Business Account reference or connected business information, if available.
- Description of the data you want deleted.
- Whether you are requesting deletion of your account, a Business workspace, Customer records, product records, order records, integration records or other data.
We may request additional information if we cannot verify your identity, authority or the scope of the deletion request.
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your request and your authority to make the request, deletion may include:
- Pangora account records.
- Business workspace records.
- Team member records.
- Customer records stored in Pangora.
- Order records stored in Pangora.
- Product and catalog records stored in Pangora.
- Conversation metadata stored in Pangora.
- WhatsApp or Meta integration records stored in Pangora.
- Sync status, webhook event records or operational records where applicable.
Deletion may not be immediate across all backups or logs, but we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize applicable information from active systems according to our procedures and legal obligations.
WhatsApp and Meta Connected Data
If a Business connected WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Business assets or other third-party services to Pangora, Pangora may delete or disconnect records stored in Pangora, such as integration records, workspace references, product sync records or related operational data.
However, some information may also exist within Meta, WhatsApp or another third-party platform. Pangora does not control Meta or WhatsApp systems. You may need to manage or delete certain information directly through your Meta Business settings, WhatsApp Business tools or the relevant third-party platform.
If you disconnect Pangora from a third-party platform, this does not automatically delete all information stored by that third-party platform.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information where necessary for legitimate business, legal, security or compliance reasons, including:
- Fraud prevention.
- Security monitoring.
- Abuse prevention.
- Legal compliance.
- Accounting, tax or billing records.
- Dispute resolution.
- Enforcement of agreements.
- Backup and disaster recovery.
- Records required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law or platform obligations.
Where retention is required, we will limit retained information to what is reasonably necessary and retain it only for as long as required for the relevant purpose.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving them. In many cases, we aim to respond within 30 days, but complex requests, verification issues or legal requirements may require additional time.
If we need more information to process your request, we will contact you using the email address provided in your request.
Confirmation
After we process your request, we will confirm by email whether the requested deletion has been completed, partially completed, denied or requires additional information.
If we cannot delete certain information, we will explain the reason where appropriate and legally permitted.
